2nd EDA/OCCAR Through Life Management Conference: Integrating Industry for TLM Success

The European Defence Agency (EDA) and the Organisation Conjointe de Coopération en matière d'ARmement (OCCAR) are implementing a coordinated Through-Life Management approach. This is the optimal framework for cooperative programmes prepared in the EDA being entrusted to OCCAR for their subsequent efficient and effective development, production and in-service support. Through-Life Management is the key to successful international cooperation.

Industry is playing a major role in the entire set-up and thus needs to be integrated end-to-end.

This 2nd EDA/OCCAR TLM Conference will concentrate on the benefits and limits of industry’s involvement.

The key issues to be discussed are:
• Collaboratively filling the Capability gap;
• Benefits and threads of collaborative Armament approaches;
• Industry’s role in the logistical support of operations.

The Conference will bring together TLM policy and practitioners from Governments and Industry. Managers working or expected to work in cooperative programmes are kindly invited to participate in the conference.
