On 27th September, Ms. Arnould delivers a keynote speech at a Seminar on Naval Industry Policy and Strategy, organised by the Spanish Navy in Madrid, on the Evolution of European Naval Capabilities and European Naval Industry.
During this trip, Ms. Arnould will also meet Ambassador Luis Cuesta, the Defence Policy Director, and other senior officials of the Ministry of Defence.
