Symposium medical support to CSDP operations

The EU Military Staff and EDA, supported by the Italian Ministry of Defence, will organise a second Symposium on “Medical support to EU Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP) Operations” to be held in Rome  from 7 to 9 June 2016.

The event will start with an EU OHQ/MHQ expert working session on the 7^th, and on the 8^th and 9^th there will be discussions on ways to enhance current capabilities and establish a common vision for a stronger Medical capability at EU level. The symposium will facilitate consultation amongst experts and will promote exchange of views at decision maker level. 

All actors involved in medical support, experts from national administrations, industry and academia are invited to attend the event and contribute to the proceedings.
