Armoured Systems
Photoxpress EDA has received the results of a study on a “Future European Land Armoured System” (FELAS) including a technology forecast using input from European industrial companies. Among the predominant technology developments, unmanned ground vehicles have also been mentioned. Currently the activities on this topic are concentrated on sub-system level and are focused on Research & Technology projects.
There are also several Research & Technology Projects related to Protection Systems for Vehicles.
Discussions related to Armoured Systems take place mainly within the Project Team “Armoured Systems” established in 2006 and the CapTech GEM3 “Ground Systems & their Environment”.
