You will be able to access here notices posted by 26 EDA subscribing Member States eager to maximise fair and equal opportunities for all suppliers based in other subscribing Member States by publicising procurement opportunities and setting transparent and objective criteria for selecting bidders and awarding contracts.
Operated by the European Defence Agency since 1st July 2006, the Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) is an important tool underpinning the Code of Conduct on Defence Procurement.
Twenty-six subscribing Member States believe that through transparency and competition they will be fostering the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base that support the European Security and Defence Policy. In addition, a Code of Best Practice in the Supply Chain seeks to assure that those principles are driven down the supply chain, creating business opportunities cross-border also for smaller and medium sized enterprises. |
