The information made available on this website has been filled in either by the sMS or the defence industry and/or provided by them to the EDA.

The EDA cannot guarantee that the information available on this website exactly reproduces the official information as adopted and published in the relevant sMS. Only the latter information has legal force.

Furthermore, the information published on the site regarding Government Contract and / or Industry Contract Notices is considered as a summary of a requirement and is supplied without legal liability to EDA or to the Contracting Authority.  The requirement published by the Contracting Authority at the address/link shown in the Government Contract / Industry Contract Notice is to be considered as the authoritative publication and not this Contract Notice.
