Once a Project Proposal is finalised by the CapTech, two administrative steps are necessary in its preparation:
- the Establishment of an EDA Project through an Outline Description (approximately three months)
- the drafting and Staffing of the Project Arrangement by contributing Members (approximately five months).
Contrary to the Generation phase which involved only CapTech members, this preparation phase requires the intervention of additional actors listed in the Reporting section.
