The R&T Points of Contact
The CapTechs operate under the guidance of the R&T Directors of the Ministries of Defence of EDA participating Member States. In particular, the annual EDA Steering Board in R&T Directors' formation is the main forum where strategic decisions are made.
In practice, CapTechs operate under the guidance of specific national representatives of EDA participating Member States: the R&T Points of Contact (R&T PoCs). The R&T PoCs are appointed by the R&T Directors, and meet on average every three months at the EDA, in particular to support the administrative preparation of Projects generated by the CapTechs.
The R&T Project Trackers
The R&T Project Trackers are national representatives appointed by the R&T PoCs to follow the administrative preparation of Projects on a day-to-day basis. They have a unique point of contact in the EDA R&T Directorate: the R&T Project Administrator.
