| Summary of requirements / Description of contract work |
Korporacja Wschód invites a tender for thermal sights (SCT) in accordance with requirements: 1. Purpose 1.1 SCT should allow observation and shooting during day, night, fog and smoke visibility 1.2 SCT should be universal thermal sight enabling: 1.2.1 SCT should allow firing with specified weapons: wz. 96 Beryl, UKM2000P, BOR, TRG-22, TOR with mounting on MIL-STD1913 rail 1.2.2 perform a task during day and night by means of additional viewfinder connected to SCT via wire. 1.2.3 identification of standard NATO target according to STANAG 4347 (ed.1) from distance at least 1000m
2. Minimum standard package 2.1 thermal sight – 1 pcs. 2.2 rechargeable battery – 3 pcs. 2.3 maintenance tools - 1 pcs. 2.4 lens cover – 2 pcs. 2.5 eyeguard – 2 pcs. 2.6 user’s manual, maintenance and repair manual – 1 pcs. 2.7 device logbook – 1 pcs. 2.8 battery charger – 1 pcs. 2.9 additional viewfinder with wire to connect to SCT – 1 pcs. 2.10 grip for helmet wz. 2005 - 1 pcs. 2.11 soft-side carry case – 1 pcs. 2.12 hard-side carry case, IP65 according to PN_EN605029 – 1 pcs.
3. Detailed technical requirements 3.1 SCT should have detector array size minimum 320x240 3.2 SCT should work in spectral band 3-5um or 7-14um or in subband within 3-5 or 7-14um. 3.3 SCT should have horizontal field of view at least 7 deg. 3.4 SCT should have NEDT maximum 0,1 °C 3.5 SCT should have IFOV lower than 0,4 mrad. 3.6 SCT should have MIL-Dot reticle scaled in mrad. 3.7 SCT should have possibilities to change polarization of the image and possibilities to change brightness of reticle or reticle colour. 3.8 SCT should have possibilities to calibrate sight to different ammo or weapon, SCT should have possibilities to automatically arrangement after set distance. 3.9 SCT body should be filled with neutral gas or nitrogen. 3.10 SCT should have power on time less than 40 seconds. 3.11 SCT should have operating time with one battery pack minimum 8 hours to the extent temperatures -30 to +49 °C (with viewfinder switched on). 3.12 SCT should have eyeguard solution automatically reducing illumination of shooters face from viewfinder 3.13 SCT should have lenght, without eyeguard, maximum 41cm. 3.14 SCT should have width maximum 12cm 3.15 SCT should have height maximum 15cm 3.16 SCT should have weight with batteries, lens cover, eyeguard and additional viewfinder, maximum 2kg. 3.17 battery charger should have work from 110-220VAC 50Hz network and from 10-32VDC network 3.18 picture recording and possibilities to view recorded pictures outside SCT are desirable 3.19 additional viewfinder should have: 3.19.1 weight maximum 400g 3.19.2 resolution of viewfinder should be at least same as resolution of detector array 3.19.3 brightness control in range at least from 120cd/m2 to 150cd/m2 3.20 wire to connect additional viewfinder to SCT should have lenght 155cm +/- 5cm.
4. Mechanical and environmental requirements 4.1 SCT should meet standards: NO-06-A101:2005 and NO-06—A103:2005 for N.14-O-II-A
5. Reliability 5.1. Operation life of SCT according to the norm NO-06-A102:2005 shall last not less than a period of twenty years.
6. Warranty 6.1 The Supplier shall warrants for a period of 24 months from the date of the signing commissioning protocol of equipment by end user that the goods/stores supplied under the contract and each component used in the manufacture thereof shall be free from all types of defects/ failures. 6.2 If within the period of warranty, the goods are reported by the Buyer to have failed to perform as per the specifications, the Supplier undertakes to diagnose possibility of repair within a maximum period of 7days. The Supplier also undertakes to replace goods within a maximum period of 21 days if repair is unavailable. 6.3 The Supplier shall to to diagnose, test, adjust, calibrate and repair the goods/equipment within a maximum period of 45 days of notification of such defect received by the Supplier. 6.4 Warranty of the equipment would be extended by such duration of downtime. 6.5 Warranty of the replaced equipment would start for a period of 24 months from the date of signing acceptance protocol of equipement by end user.
7. Nature of Assistance Required After Completion of Warranty 7.1 The Supplier would shall provide product support in terms of maintenance, materials and spares for a minimum period of 20 years.
8. Technical Documentation 8.1 The Supplier shall provide technical documentation (TD) contains information about design, tactical and technical performance, equipment manual, principle of operation, commissioning, and other data necessary to operate, maintain, repair, support and dispose of equipment throughout its life. TD includes: 8.1.1 Technical requirements (TR) according to norm NO-06-A101:2005 app. D agreed with user shall to take account II procedure of commissioning for: possibility of shooting indicated weapon, fulfill range requirements, operation life determine and check-up, weight determine, fulfill mechanical and climatic requirements, water immersing and exposure for dust and sand. 8.1.2 User’s manual, Maintenance and repair manual 8.1.3 Spare parts catalogue allow ordering parts in Polish Armed Forces procurement system. 8.1.4 Device logbook 8.1.5 Catalogue card
8.2 TD shall be public and shall be written in Polish language 8.3 TD shall be produced and delivered in electronic format.
9. All additional requirements for delivering of SCT and documentation shall be accorded to SCT tactical and technical brief fordesign agreed 6.12.2010 by the Chief of Armoured and Mechanised Forces, MoD.
